Founding Director
Dr. Mamtha Ismail, With an academic background in Medical and Hospital Management and over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has built her career around operational excellence, leadership, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
All through her career, Dr. Mamtha has led diverse teams, managed business operations, and recognized that people are the most valuable asset of any organization. Her passion for talent development, employee engagement, and organizational growth inspired her to establish TalentCues Consulting.
As an entrepreneur, HR consultant, and business leader, Dr. Mamtha is committed to building lasting partnerships with clients and creating opportunities that enable both organizations and professionals to thrive.
Vinod Sivadas
Director & Principal Consultant
Vinod Sivadas brings in over 25 years of experience in Human Resources function across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, information technology, and consulting business domains.
He held key HR leadership roles in GCC organizations viz., Viasat, Novartis, Oracle, Covansys (DXC), and as a consultant with Ma Foi Management Consultants (Randstad).
With extensive expertise in business partnering, talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational transformation, and HR strategy, Vinod has successfully supported organizations through growth, restructuring, and business transformation. His strategic insight and people-first approach continue to strengthen Talent Cues Consulting’s mission of delivering impactful HR solutions.
